of DAW Consulting Limited
The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases, or acceptance of free materials made from this site.
1. The seller is DAW Consulting Limited a company registered in England and Wales, or an affiliate of DAW Consulting Limited.
2. All services, materials and products purchased from DAW Consulting Limited must be paid for, and those funds cleared by a bank, before delivery of the services, materials or products.
3. DAW Consulting Limited partners use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect the confidentiality of your personal information and the security of your transaction. The method of payment will include, but may not be limited to: Paypal.
4. A contract will not come into existence until such time as cleared funds have been received.
5. DAW Consulting Limited reserve the right to refuse to sell to any other party. If monies have been received from a party that DAW Consulting Limited does not want to trade with, they will be returned to that party at the earliest time.
6. DAW Consulting Limited will accept payment in GB pounds and US Dollar currencies. The nominated currency for the transaction will be shown on the item offered. No alternative to that currency will be available.
7. Upon clearance of funds paid the service, materials and products will be despatched and/or performed in the manner agreed at the earliest time.
8. All prices charged will be those quoted, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). If the buyer resides in a country within the European Union prices charged may be subject to United Kingdom VAT. If applicable VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate at the time of payment.
9. All prices shown on the DAW Consulting Limited website are subject to change without notice, and all terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.
10. All purchases made from a website linked to from the DAW Consulting Limited site will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of that website. The buyer should acquaint himself/herself with the Terms and Conditions of Sale of that selling website BEFORE purchasing. DAW Consulting Limited does not accept any liability whatsoever for the unsatisfactory or non performance of websites that may have links to the DAW Consulting Limited website.
11. All purchased services, materials and products will only be delivered to the mailing address of the payer.
12. DAW Consulting Limited guarantees all its services, materials or products as listed on the relevant product or service pages.
13. DAW Consulting Limited will not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill any order or duty due to events beyond the DAW Consulting Limited control.
14. The customer will be liable to pay local taxes or import duties that may apply to the purchase of a service, materials or products from DAW Consulting Limited.
15. Title in all materials and products sold by DAW Consulting Limited will not pass to the buyer until full payment has been made.
16. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by English law and DAW Consulting Limited and the customer shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
